Head Chef wanted for large MY over 100m.. not rotation, private family use only.. not based in one place… role would suit someone with contract catering experience as yacht operates under strict budgetary controls and purchase quotes..

Note: this is a hands on role in terms of purchasing! eg you, in a van and going out to buy provisions!

Need at least previous large yacht over 60m head chef experience for 2 years please as well as head chef or senior sous from good restaurant background prior to yachting. STCW, ENG, b1b2, SCC if poss and Food Safety L2 needed.
