I am looking for a head chef and 2nd chef for a 100m+ charter yacht.
2 season charter yacht. European owner.
Head chef must have Japanese cooking skills/expertise. in particular teppanyaki!
Owner will eat Med cuisine with Italian and French slant in addition to Japanese
Start in next 2 weeks

Head chef must have at least 3 years as head chef on MY charter yacht over 60m+
2nd chef must be sous or head chef level from rosette level restaurants on land and must have most recent role as one full season or 1 long contract as crew chef behind them on 60m+.
