Ok, need a sole chef for a sailing yacht that owner is on most of the time at the moment. US owner, simple food, but can be long days and little time off at present. 

Yacht is in Caribbean and heading further afield! 

Need a chef who can handle work load and cooking for crew and owner and his guests. Might have to cope with lunch and dinner for up to 30 pax and feeding up to 12 crew if chase boat is busy too..

Year round role, salary in US$..
