Crew/Sous Chef wanted for busy 60m+ charter yacht. Am looking for restaurant trained crew/sous chef to work alongside head chef on busy charter yacht that will finish Med charter season and then head to Caribbean. 15 crew and 12 guests catered for.
Am looking for chefs who have worked in rosette level restaurants on land prior to yachts please… senior CDP or sous level. Able to work to a high standard using own initiative but keen to learn from a head chef who will help develop you, working as a team!
