I am looking for a a sous/relief head chef to work a 4|2 rotation on a 100m+ private MY.
Working in galley of 5-6 chefs this is an opportunity to work long term and open to chefs who are flexible with working in either Med and Middle East.
Chefs must have strong land based work history in restaurants or hotels to sous chef level minimum and at least 2 years on yachts over 60m.
