I am looking for a 2nd/head chef to work on this large private MY.
Competitive package with rotation of 4 on and 2 off
Need a solid chef with experience on private yachts and cooking global cuisine with an interest in Asian and in particular Japanese cuisine. Classically French trained chef who knows their way around French cuisine too and how to cook a piece of fish!
When Head Chef is off on their rotation you will manage the galley and cook for the owner and his guests working with your 2nd chef. So this role needs someone with experience as guest chef on large yachts and kitchen/galley management experience with global cuisine knowledge.
