I am looking for a head chef for 4-6 week temp contract in the Caribbean for a large motoryacht starting 1/2 Dec
Chefs – you will need to have previous head chef experience on yachts over 70m and be able to cater for basic kosher and with experience with Asian Fusion cuisine
Clients want light, healthy, modern cuisine and will eat seafood.
Will need Ships Cook Cert as commercial vessel.
