49m Motoryacht Med based seeks Female Chef for 1 year contract in Med

Yacht is private family used with 6 owner’s children, plus possible 3-4 weeks charter in the year

Cuisine is International with halal provisioning for owner and family but other guests not

10 guests and 11 crew, shared cabin with stewardess so female chef only please

1 year contract with 1 month paid holiday, salary is in US Dollars…

Start date is 15 March 2015.

NOTE: Please note that due to salary restrictions on this role it would be suited to a chef with maybe 1 previous season or new to the industry! As it is sole chef for 10 guests and 11 crew it would be suit a professionally trained chef who has worked to sous or head chef level prior to yachting and who is confident they can run galley, provisioning and accounts on their own.
