JOB OF THE WEEK – TRAVELING TEACHING CHEF WANTED – read on…
Tired of yachting, want to travel to more than 10 countries across 3 continents over 9 months.

Am looking for chefs who have traveled, can provision in really remote places and want to travel with group of gap year students to cook for them, educate them in local cuisine, culture and then travel around the world with them.
Start early Sep 2015 til Dec 2015, 3 weeks off over crimbo, then Jan to June 2016 again.

Opportunity for chef to stay long term and develop programme working for the company who plan to double the number of programmes over next 3 years…

Please only apply if you have traveled extensively, have provisioned in these remote places and if you have the skills to impart, share, educate and communicate your passion for local foods and cultures with the students as you travel the world.
