Are you an experienced private chef or yacht chef who has done private chef work?

I have a role for a very high end villa based in a beautiful part of Italy for the following two dates:

24 July to 2 August 2015 –  8 guests and 12 staff

22 August to 31 August 2015 – 10 guess and 12 staff

The start dates for each might vary by 2/3 days.

You must be able to cook authentic Italian cuisine as well as global cuisines and have doen similar private chef work before or have worked on large motoryachts over 50m and have all the relevant work references and a solid fine dining restaurant background.
