I am looking for a French speaking sole chef to work on a very busy 50m+ yacht.

Yacht is heading to Asia/Far East before year end for long spell out there.

I am looking for a chef with strong Asian cuisine knowledge and able to provide both formal and buffet/family style service. 

Owner will use the yacht a lot so need a chef used to working 45-60m as sole chef! 

Male or female chef and shared cabin. Start 1 November.
