I am looking to hear from any crew/2nd chefs who have worked in fine dining restaurants in last 5 years and who are interested in developing their yacht careers as 2nd chef working on rotation.

Yacht is heading to Caribbean and then back to Med at end of season for next summer.

Am looking for a chef ideally with some Asian cuisine knowledge and to bring additional skills to the galley to compliment the head chef.
