I am looking for a capable crew chef able to cater for around 40 crew.
I need someone with solid yacht & land based experience able to cater for these numbers so want to hear from chefs with sous or head chef level restaurant/hotel experience from land prior to yachting.
You will also have at least a full year on yachts over 75m as a crew or 2nd chef.
This is a key role onboard and crew are well fed with a varied, balanced nutritional diet. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the crew food yourself.
Role is to start in January 2016
