CREW CHEF SPECIALISING IN MACROBIOTIC DIETS?

I am interested to hear from any experienced crew chefs who have a penchant for catering for macrobiotic dietary requirements.. also need to be strong in preparing fish and seafood.

Note: I need someone who knows their stuff! You will work on owner’s macrobiotic dietary requests.. as well as of course cooking healthy balanced meals for crew.
