Calling all yacht chefs… we need your help!
We have been asked to find chefs working on yachts who can offer their personal experiences regarding the procuring and preparing of seafood on yachts around the globe.
John from Seafood International is writing an article about issues facing a yacht chef regarding the procuring and preparation of seafood for guests on a yacht.
